Lisa has worked providing individual, group, and family therapy throughout her career. Lisa is one of a rare few who can say she is a Nashville native. She grew up in west Nashville and graduated as valedictorian from Hillsboro High School. She enjoys hiking, exercise classes, painting, attending performances at local venues around the city, trying new places to eat, and has been a life-long fan of anything Star Wars. Lisa currently lives in the middle Tennessee area with her three very spoiled cats named Han, Cordelia, and Callie.

A mature therapist in the late-summer season of life, Shelley is thrilled to find meaning, purpose, and professional satisfaction as a therapist at Arbor Wellness. Born into a military family, Shelley lived a somewhat nomadic life until a job landed her in Nashville in ALL of her life experiences, from her own struggles with substance abuse and emotional dysregulation, to her unfulfilling job history, seem to have ushered her to this life path.
